For the most delicious and beautiful cookies possible, I bake and decorate each cookie myself. A great deal of care is taken when packaging and shipping your cookies. I spend a lot of time creating them, and the last thing I want is for them to break. Cookies are packaged with a tremendous amount of packing material to insure the best delivery and minimize any breakage. I go to great lengths to protect the cookies but with that being said, unfortunately cookies sometimes break in the shipping process. Even with the careful packaging the cookies are in the hands of the delivery company. I do not offer refunds on broken or damaged cookies as they are still just as tasty. Customers can always file a claim with USPS on damaged items.

If cookies are for an event or party, you may want to consider ordering a few additional, just in case of breakage.
